Litecore A/S is a Danish manufacturer specializing in fireproof non-combustible wall panels for the maritime industry.
Our marine wall panels are certified to meet the highest IMO fire safety standards and are designed to reduce overall vessel weight while ensuring fast, safe installation.
Built on strong Danish engineering traditions, Litecore delivers A and B classified panels that combine technical performance, lightweight construction, and aesthetic flexibility.
Each panel is ready-to-install and available in multiple decorative surfaces, making them ideal for shipyards, system integrators, and marine interior contractors.
All production takes place in Aars, Denmark, under strict ISO 9001 and MED-D quality standards.
Litecore is privately owned and managed by an experienced team with deep roots in maritime construction, manufacturing, and business development, ensuring reliable partnerships and long-term project success.

History
2025 – Strategic Growth and New Partnership
Benjamin Hove becomes a partner in LiteCore and takes responsibility for sales and marketing.
LiteCore’s strategy and vision are further consolidated and strengthened, with a strong focus on building international partnerships with shipyards and marine suppliers — aiming to be the preferred choice for quality, reliability, and technical support within marine wall panels.
2024 – New Ownership and Management
Bent Jensen and Tonni Mark Jørgensen took over the management and ownership of LiteCore.
Tonni Mark Jørgensen is responsible for daily production at the factory in Aars.
2019 – Acquisition by Scandi Supply
LiteCore was acquired by Scandi Supply, a well-known company in passive fire protection in Denmark.
Scandi Supply was owned and managed by Bent Jensen.
2010 – Establishment in Aars, Denmark
Ernst Pindstrup Sørensen took over the company and changed its name to LiteCore.
Since then, production has been located in Aars, in the central part of Denmark.
All production takes place in Denmark, and LiteCore is ISO 9001 certified and complies with the Marine Equipment Directive (MED-D).
2004 – Founded as NCM Core
LiteCore was founded under the name NCM Core by Henning Høybye-Jensen, Poul Møller, and Skamol A/S.
The foundation of the company was Skamol’s calcium silicate board, known for its fire-resistant and lightweight properties.
By applying a surface layer, the panels achieved high stability and resistance to water and mould, making them ideal for demanding environments.
